1. Who runs Net Wish

Net Wish is a free, independent informational website operated by Ciarán Paul Roche. It is not a charity, government agency, aid provider, healthcare provider, law firm, financial adviser, case-management service or emergency service. It does not accept applications, donations or payment and does not give money or benefits.

2. Emergency and professional help

Do not use this site when immediate action is needed. In the United States, call 911 for immediate danger and call or text 988 for a mental-health or suicide crisis. Net Wish does not assess urgency, eligibility, safety, legal rights, medical needs or financial circumstances. Seek a qualified professional when a decision affects health, safety, housing, immigration, legal rights, money or another serious matter.

3. Independent links, not referrals

Links are general information and convenience—not an endorsement, accreditation, professional referral, agency relationship or guarantee of help. Listed organisations control their content, eligibility, availability, fees, advice, safeguarding and privacy. Verify current information directly before sharing sensitive data, paying money, travelling or relying on a deadline.

4. No relationship or confidentiality

Browsing, following a link, calling a listed service or emailing about the website does not create a professional, fiduciary, confidential, agency, client, beneficiary or donor relationship with Net Wish or Ciarán Paul Roche. Do not send health records, Social Security numbers, financial account details, passwords, crisis narratives or other sensitive personal information.

5. Safe and lawful use

Do not scrape or commercially republish the directory, probe security, interfere with availability, impersonate another person, submit malicious material, misuse a listed organisation’s details or use the site for fraud, harassment or any unlawful purpose. Original text, design and identity are protected by applicable law; third-party names and marks remain their owners’ property.

Resources can change without notice. To the fullest extent Pennsylvania law permits, Net Wish is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness, non-infringement, eligibility or outcome. Ciarán Paul Roche and Net Wish are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss; lost opportunity; or acts, omissions, advice, security, decisions or services of a linked organisation. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Pennsylvania law and changes

These website terms are governed by Pennsylvania law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory rights and jurisdiction rules that cannot be waived remain unaffected. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest continues. Material changes will appear with a revised effective date.
